Good fit and quality
I was having an issue with my cloud 2 mic cutting out randomly and decided to purchase a replacement just to eliminate the original as the problem. This replacement fit and worked perfect and had the same quality as the original, but I found out it didn't correct the issue I was having. Overall, this product is a good replacement option for those who need one.

Didn't work
Didn't work when I went to use it. They were willing to have it returned for a refund but it costs more to ship back than the cost of it. They were quick to respond, just a shame it didn't work.
