Works well
These are great. They have stopped me snoring according to my other half. Very sticky so I recommend soaking with a wet cloth to gently ease it off. Wash the nose area before you put one on, as it doesn't stick to daily grease on your skin. Even if you think your skin is clean.

Just as good as the expensive ones .

Surprisingly good for the price!
I've been using the 4 times as expensive ones for ages now, and thought I'd try these. Not bad at all! I wish they were a bit thicker / stronger, but then I wish that about the expensive ones too. Same issue with positioning, too low or too high and they do nothing. At the 'sweet-spot', they do something ...not much in my case, but just enough to be worthwhile. No problems with adhesion on a clean, dry nose. Same procedure to remove, start lifting at both ends, working in hot water and soap, don't 'rip', don't rush! Here's a fun fact: If you open one of these in a very dark place, once your eyes have adjusted, you will see two strips of blue/white light as the halves of the wrapper pull apart. This is known as Triboluminescence. You can thank me later...

Adhesive not very strong
I buy nose steps all the time as I have a deviated nose and the really help keep my nostrils open however these latest one come up short and the adhesive is not that strong especially if you sweat a little at night. You must make sure that your nose is cleaned and dry before you apply these strips otherwise they will come unstuck andc you will have them again and again

Doesn't stay on.
Good idea, poorly executed. Used these strips for 1 week, hasn't stayed on for one night. Don't waste your money.

Good size, good stick, people having trouble need to prep the nose first
These wides the nostrils without being too harsh. I have sensory issues and these do not bother me.Other people have complained they do not stick. I wash the nose and use a tonner. I then let it dry fully before placing the strip on. Stays on all night.

Use every night to help me breathe clearly
I use these every night and have done for a couple of years now. I have previously used the main brand and some other versions and I will never use another type as long as these don't change. They are super easy to put on right and they stay on all night. The only time I have issues with them coming off are when my nose is too oily. I use them to help me breathe - somehow when I lay down one of my nostrils half closes - and these are perfect for this. I used to use nasal decongestants way too often and now I don't need to. Even if I get a cold I only need decongestants for a couple of days before these work fine on their own.I would say they don't completely stop snoring though (but none of the others I used did either). I have made my husband use them for snoring and there have been far fewer times when he has kept me awake for long periods.Easy to remove in the morning if you use a little water also.
