Authentic italian chilly oil. Tastes best with Neapolitan pizza and Pasta too.. Just price is a bit on the higher side compared to what you can get in Italian grocery stores

Every every bottle used to come with there own chili pepper in the inside. It is still good but you no longer get the chili pepper. Love the flavor

I used this oil in a recipe for spicy cottage cheese pasta. I enjoy spicy-hot food, so I put in twice what the recipe called for. It turned out delicious! Also, the oil gave the pasta a nice orange color.

I have used this project since I bought it from Amazon a year ago. I use it strictly, for spreading it on the dough before I spread the sauce on a pizza. However, note that you should use it sparingly to start with. You want a hint of that flavor. Not overpowering. Excellent flavor if used wisely!

Really great if you have a recipe that calls for two tablespoons of olive oil, but you want to add a little more spice to the dish. Use one tablespoon olive oil and one tablespoon of this. You can thank me later. Ha ha ha

kinda meh. I won't buy again, not that there's anything wrong with this oil, it would simply be easier to infuse my own olive oil than to pay this price for something that doesn't have a strong flavor. I would personally put 2x or 3x the peppers in the oil to give it a REAL pepper flavor. I like hot stuff, my wife doesn't, but even she says "it's kinda weak". Do yourself a favor, heat a cup or good olive oil, throw some peppers in it and let it stay warm for a bit. You'll be much happier and it won't cost a lot of money.
