I bought these for multiple purposes. Specifically because my husband's family's property was having issues with ticks and they kept trying to climb into people's hair so after we'd visit we wash up in a specific wash and comb through our hair with these as precaution. Didn't find anything. I also used them when my scalp is getting itchy and I get dry flaky scalp sometimes due to my eczema so does my kids and this works wonders getting that out so I could only assume if people are have young kids this may help with lice as well. I don't know why people are saying their flimsy because they're not. For how many you get and the price you can't beat it.
