KC300x 66/73 1.0 Turbo - 7.3 Powerstroke (99-03)

Came in just a few days, easy to change out and works great!!!

I spent $1700 on turbo pedestal and programmer for my 02 powerstroke. I put the turbo and pedestal in my truck and now it won’t start. I called KC turbo to ask a question about the ebpv switch and she had no idea what I was talking about. I had started this project a couple of years ago and had the same kind of problems with them. I live here in Arizona and had told them I would pick the stuff I ordered. I made the trip over to their shop and the parts weren’t ready after they said they were. This happened on a couple of other occasions so I just gave up on doing the whole job and just drove my truck the way it was. Now that I’ve finally got into again it’s still terrible customer service. I’m done with KC turbo and I’m sure it’s something simple I did but I should be able to call and ask questions to someone that should know a little bit about Diesel engines.

I purchased the kc 300x 63-73 turbo and paired it with 205/80 hybrid injectors and custom tuning. This made a world of difference on my 2002 7.3l. Turbo was the first thing that arrived in the mail pretty much the day after ordering. Turbo showed up in a nicely packaged box. The turbo fits great in the truck the only hiccup is it tricky to get the up pipes lined up. The turbo has a great whistle to it and is super loud and sounds great when you lay into it. You definitely can tell when the turbo spoils up because you take off quick. I would buy this again any day and recommend kc turbos to all my diesel friends!

Order this to put on my 7.3 power stroke to complement a set of 205cc injectors & the turbo does amazing on this set up even with a stock HPOP. Spools quick and makes 30lbs of boost without even trying.
