Works in everything but HP.
Works like a champ with everything I tried it, except an old HP/Aruba 2920 I use for out of band access. I tried allow-unsupported-transceiver , but still does not work. The switch sees the cable transciever, but it won't use it because of missing HP specific model numbers. Oh well.

Passive DAC, works to 10Gb
Works with no heat output. This DAC replaced an sfp+ to RJ45 transceiver that ran incredibly hot. Passive DACs are the way to go when short runs are possible!

Good brand overall.
Had to return. I am new to these new fangled connections and simply bought the wiring size for my switches. The cable is well made. I purchased the correct cables from this sourse with no issues and we quality made and connected at my 2.5gbps speeds...

Works great but .25M is a bit short
I used this to connect my Mokerlink 10GbE PoE switch to my router, a Banana Pi BPI-R4 running OpenWRT. Since the orientation of these units are close enough for this short cable (.25M), it was a clean install, but it is a very short cable. If I was to do it over, I'd get the next length up to have a little more flexibility. Installation was easy and the cable fit perfectly and has zero dropped packets. I would definitely buy again.
