Great for making ice cream
I bought this bag of rock salt for a classroom experiment on making ice cream. It worked perfectly and kept me from making a trip to multiple stores looking for it. We made two batches of ice cream in ziploc bags and still have plenty of salt left.

Great quality
We've used in our ice cream maker with great results. Also used in a cooler with ice during a Florida summer camping trip and the cans froze. I'd say it worked well. LOL
