This spray has been fab in helping us clear up an infestation of mites in our back yard chicken coop. The warm weather and cleaning their coop a few days later than normal led to some very unwelcome visitors that quickly had become out of hand. Within moments this spray was working, I sprayed the entire coop and came back a couple of hours later and there was barely any movement from the very few remaining mites that I’d missed.

I used this and it did get rid of the majority. I sprayed every night when the mites were active. In the end I read that if you can move hens out of coop for a while the mites are active they lose their food source so I was able to put my 3 girls in a dog crate at night. At my wits end I tried a citronella candle in the coop and that got rid of the remainder. Girls now back in a mite free coop, laying happily. If there is a recurrence I shall try the candle before spending a lot on chemical remedies. Hope that helps.

After over 13 years of keeping chickens this is, in my opinion, by far the best product available to eliminate red mite. I’ve tried very many treatments over the years and am so pleased to have found this. It kills these horrid little mites immediately upon application within the coup and is incredibly easy to use on the chickens themselves owing to a great directional spray on the nozzle. A wonderfully scented product too which doesn’t faze the girls one bit. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Extremely high scented, did absolutely nothing to stop the red mite. I would go as far to say it actually attracted them.Saturated the pen and they were just crawling over it in the morning

Wanted ease of application for my birds as previously used powder which usually went all over me when applying but this spray far easier and quicker to apply.
