This is a difficult review for me to write bec the seller is so knowledgeable and helpful, but I have a hard time recommending this product.First the positives:- The film is better than Home Depot film I've tried once before- You get a toolkit with each rollBut the cautions:- If you have large windows, cutting to size is difficult. And being a semi-permanent installation (unlike Home Depot film), you don't want to make a mistake. This is very difficult bec this film does crease easily.- Though expensive, I ended up aborting my project because of the above and also because I requested some samples of film from installers representing two well known brands -- and neither of those samples creased as easily. I suspect this film is a decent quality but still conventional PET film whereas the samples were both layered laminations.So here's the challenge. Yes, it's better than box store film, but is almost 2X more expensive.And yes, the premium materials cost more -- about 3.5X installed based on quotes I received (and around 2X wholesale for the material only based on European pricing converted to sq feet equivalent - I could not find pricing the U.S. as those brands are only sold to affiliated installers).This film may represent a good middle ground for some. But my perspective is that being a semi-permanent installation, it isn't a good tradeoff.

Equal to this great product was the 5-star customer service we've experienced with the seller. We have custom windows, and the available film sizes would have left a lot of waste the way we calculated it. We also had many questions and concerns prior to placing our order. We emailed the seller of our concerns, and he wanted to know all of our window sizes, so he could guide us as to what size film rolls we needed to order and how many to order, so we would not purchase more than we needed to complete the job and minimize the waste. The seller is extremely knowledgeable of his product and professional in all phases of our transaction, including prompt communications and being considerate. He went above and beyond great service to a caliber of customer service which we have never experienced anywhere else. We can say with complete confidence that the seller truly put our interest before his own. This experience was awesome, from the email and phone calls where we wanted to know more about the product to the end result which is all of our windows being secured and not having to worry about anybody coming through the windows with bad intentions. There were other similar products out there, however, we chose this product because of the demonstration we saw where a gentleman on T.V hit a window with this film on it with a baseball bat as hard as he could, three or four times, and then picks up a hammer and hit it again three or four times, very, very hard, and the window never broke. So for what we got which is SECURITY and PEACE OF MIND, the price for this product is extremely reasonable! We have been recommending this product to all of our friends.
