Excellent in every way. Highly recommended.
We just added a 12 x 24 addition to our home that had an almost flat roof (pitch of only 5 inches). We wanted a rubber roof that was one piece without any seams and this was perfect. It was very heavy (we used an excavator to put the box on the roof). We laid it out so the sun could warm it then went to work. Install was very easy (used an adhesive, purchased separately). Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic Product
We accidentally got the wrong product on the first try, but the customer service was superb. The product was cut and measured correctly when it arrived, and worked perfectly!

Seams every 5’—-not impressed.
I thought this was one big sheet…not one with seams every 5’…this was not described on the listing and now it is cut…this is dumb.I feel cheated.Beware that this is so heavy that it requires a lift gate truck and there is additional shipping fees not included in the listing.This whole setups seems shady. Find it somewhere else online…I am not impressed.I don’t have time to wait for another order without seams to come in so I can’t return it…plus I cut it before realizing what they did here.Find a better option.The listing should have clearly stated a thicker seam would be every five feet. Essentially they did 20’ wide by 5’ and did 9 seams to get to a 20x50 sheet.Bleh.
