Perfect for freeing up space
This came in handy to move all my photos and videos from my phone. Definitely worth the money, it worked perfectly. It did take about 5 minutes to transfer aorund 3200 photos and another 5 minutes for 400 videos. Theres still a lot of storage left. Looks just like a normal sized USB.

Just what I was looking for
Good value for the storage capacity. Allows you to plug the USB-C side into your phone and the USB side into your computer -- it was easily recognized by both. I didn't notice any heat buildup and, although I don't care about the design, it works for me.

I figured it out.
The usb-c is very loose and doesn't connect so far. Waste of money.Oooops. My bad. It works fine. The shape of the usb-c case end was to bigto fit on the phone case. I had to remove cellphone case and usb would insert all the way into port. The built-in red led flashes to show its communicateing.

Easy to use. I was able to transfer all my pictures from my samsung phone for storage.

Type C side stopped working within 45 days
Review Updated: After some tinkering, I was able to get the USB-C working again. Plugging it into a laptop with a USB-aC port seems to have fixed whatever the issue was and the phone can now recognize it. Updating to 3 stars as it's working again, but it is still annoying that it stopped working mysteriously for several days when I needed it. Will need to monitor to see if it happens again.As a regular USB drive, it's fine. The USB side is working as expected. However, the Type C side worked on my phone for about a month no problem. Shortly afterwards, though, it stopped reading it entirely. I specifically bought it for its functionality to transfer files from my computer to the phone and vice versa. Now it only works as a regular USB drive, which for that, I could have bought a much cheaper device if that's all I wanted.Unfortunately, the return policy is 30 days, so I just missed out on the window, and the manufacturer's website does not show any type of warranty policy, so this is wasted money. I'll be looking at another brand to buy a replacement.
