The Suzuki DR350 can be made to run well
My bike is a 1998 DR350 off-road that I've ridden thoroughly for 22 years. (Still looks like new) Since it was new it suffered from an off-idle bog that was very annoying. I fixed it by opening up the air box intake, removing the anti-backfire screen and installing a K&N air filter. I had to change the main jet out to a #140 after I added a FMF slip on exhaust. It runs GREAT with no sign of the bog. I'm at 5,200 ft. elevation and ride up to 9,000 feet. Now on to the new carb. BAD GAS, BAD GAS, BAD GAS.. it ruins carburetors, plugs up all the jets and passages with green crud. NEVER use ethanol polluted E10 gas if you can help it. While trying to remove the float in my stock carb to get to the float needle, one of the pivot perches broke right off. I used some JB Weld to glue it back on but I was always afraid it would fail so I bought this new carb. The JB Weld DIDN'T fail so there's that.I changed the main jet in the new carb from the stock #120 to my #140 and took it for a test drive. Starts right up after one or two kicks, no bog, revs out with no hickups or hesitation. Very pleased. Also I discovered that the accelerator pump piston was stuck in place in my old carb. Bad gas. So even it wasn't working properly.Very pleased with this EXACT replacement.

DR350 Exact Fit
This unit is an exact fit for the DR350 (dirt model), the DR350S (street model) will require a different throttle cable, twist grip and air box boot. The unit fit perfectly and worked great right out of the box at sea level as it ships with the stock jetting. Above 4000 feet or with a modded air box and exhaust a little jetting and and tuning will be required. If your flat slide is sloppy there is no alternative to replacing the carb and the used route is a crap shoot (ask me how I know...). Save yourself the hassle, buy this new one and enjoy.

Worth the money.
I've got 1995 DR 350 and this was exact fit with no adjustment need. Plus bike runs like new machine, I would highly recommend this for anyone with DR350.
