Lee Men's Modern Series Straight Fit Jean

Decent pair of jeans. The quality is not as good as in the past. The zippers are horrible. Very cheap. I bought 3 pair and the zippers on all are poor quality.

Love the jeans, the most comfortable that I've purchased. Problem with them is that they aren't like the good old Levi's 501 jeans, they tend to get holes and splits in them pretty quickly. If your okay dropping $40 on a pair of jeans that will last maybe a year wearing them once a week, then these are the best jeans that I can recommend. If you want jeans like I used to like them, rough and tumble that will last you 10 years +, go with the Levi's. In the end the latter will be more economical, but for me I love the Lee's and I'm willing to keep spending the bucks to have my comfortable, lived in feel jeans.

Stretch aside, what I love about Lee Modern Series jeans is that the front pockets are large. So is the little "watch" pocket…much larger than many and a great place to store a car key fob or tiny pouch with earbuds or hearing aids. But be careful…maybe different colors are made in different countries, IDK…but I do know that sizing can vary enough to have to return/replace. My experience: light blue color one par the rise was an inch or more shorter, another pair the waist was an inch or more bigger. Had to do a second return (which necessitated a whole new order to get the third pair, which finally was right). But another color (dark blue) sizing was fine.

I bought these very same jeans about a year or so back, same color or wash also - the captain. The first pair have a really nice fit all around. They are a bit more fitted then the usual relaxed type jeans and they have been my favorite jeans for about a year or so. The one draw back as I have read in reviews is they may not last long, I noticed also the jeans wearing through where they connect to the top of the back pockets. But taking that into consideration I figure they are worth it for maybe 2 years because of the comfort and fit. Ok, so I bought another pair, they look and feel great, but what I have noticed is the fly opening is not as long. My original pair of jeans the zipper length is 5 3/8 , and these new jeans it is 4 3/8, that is a quite a difference. So this is a big draw back when taking a leak, I have to open my belt and unbutton the jeans every time I want to relieve myself. I did not notice this till I had the tags off and were wearing the jeans for a while so I can't really sent them back. I have a pair of jeans from Kohls, urban pipeline, nice jeans, nice modern fit , but same issue. What's the deal ? Do they realize they are making jeans for men? I also think there is a problem today with major clothing companies mass producing in other countries when it comes to uniformity of products. Depending on what country it is made in and what color it is , things can vary quite a bit. I think I will take a break from buying clothing online for awhile and go to actual stores to look at products first hand before buying. I doubt I will buy these jeans again. Again great fit and look but the fly opening is a real negative here.

I'm pretty impressed with these jeans. I've been a life long Levi's supporter, but their quality has gone way down hill. I switched to Diesel Jeans, but, I'm sure if you're like me, it's financially not a good idea to purchase an entire wardrobe of their products.I blindly gave Lee a chance and I'm, for the most part, happy. The jeans waist has a perfect fit, which could be a concern depending on how well they hold up in the wash. However, there does seem to be some stretch to the denim, so hopefully it doesn't become an issue. The bottom of the inseam is a tad baggier than I like, but that's just personal taste of having expensive taste. My biggest complaint, though, has to be the orange zipper. I'm sure this is Lee's way of placing a distinctive quality on them, but it just reminds me how much I'm in love with Levi's button fly. I can tell, though, that these jeans are going to be super comfortable. Levi's jeans seem to tug at the crotch, making lounging very uncomfortable. With these Lee jeans, it seems I can contort and stretch and the jeans will adjust to my body well.So if you're like me and have expensive taste without a lot of money in your wallet, I'd say pick up a few of these to supplement the rest of the week you're trying to preserve your more expensive designer jeans.

Great pair of jeans, good colour and finish. Legs are straight though and though they might look good on some people, I found them a bit baggy on me.

I have always liked the fit of Lee jeans. This is the first time buying them from Amazon. They looked new, but upon examination I noticed defects. On one of the legs there is additional stitching that seems like a repair and the right pocket was slightly frayed. These don’t appear to be first quality, but rather something like one would buy at Winners, where they are marked down due to small defects. Since Lee jeans aren’t sold in Canada our buying options are limited. Although these are sold as “new”, I believe the seller should mention that these aren’t first quality.

Los compre creyendo que era de la serie extreme motion de esta marca y no, no lo son, dude en que me quedarian pero si, vienen demasiado largos para ser 32 y no son nada strech, no estiran nada y ami me gustan por que puedo estar sentado muchas horas sin problema, el pantalon es muy bonito lo usare para otras ocasiones y no para la oficina, el error fue mio no leer bien, pero me agrada aun asi la compra

I've been a huge fan of Levi 501 jeans but ever since I started paying a ridiculous amount of money for those jeans and seeing a huge decrease of quality from the pair I bought in 2008 to 2017, I have been trying to find a different brand to be my go-to jeans and now I found them. These Lee Modern Series are amazing and very good value for the money. I rather pay the amount I did here on Amazon than the $70-$85 for the 501. You have to buy a pair of these and try them out.
