I've been taking this supplement about a month now. I feel like this has helped tremendously! Better recovery from workouts, feel stronger and a extra kick in libido 😉. I could be wrong but I feel like it's helping reduce my body fat levels around my lower pec area. I know, I know you can't spot reduce fat, but we all know hormones can influence how we gain or lose said fat. By balancing my estrogen levels with this great product my pec fat has been going down! That's only the physical benefits. The mental health benefits I've noticed are incredible. I always been an alert person, but DIM has increased my mental sharpness and focus. I'm also feeling more calm and at ease. Which makes for a better you. Next time I order I would like to run a blood panel before and after to get more concrete evidence of this great supplement. 5/5 would recommend!

Bought this to help balance my hormones. It’s amazing and has worked wonders! I’m almost 30 and a few months prior had started having breakouts around my time of the month, became very emotional, and couldn’t lose a few extra pounds I had gained & after starting this a month ago, I’ve had no more breakouts, less emotional bursts, and lost those stubborn pounds! Definitely gonna buy again! **Update: I’ve been taking this supplement for awhile now & it’s been magical for my hormones & PMS symptoms. Just got a new bottle yesterday and they’ve changed the formula! Why change something that’s not broken?! The bottle no longer says ‘60 Veggie Capsules’ and after opening there’s a weird smell. They also look a bit smaller than the old ones. I will try these for at least a week or 2 to see if i notice any differences or if they make me sick! ***Update: it’s been a little longer than 2 weeks & I’ve noticed some changes. It is currently 8 days before “shark week” and I can feel my cramps again, my skin is breaking out again, and my emotions are up & down. The original formula worked wonders to alleviate these symptoms and help balance my hormones. I’m gonna try these a little longer to finish the bottle and I’ll probably order from a different company.

Just turned 50 and in the early stages of menopause. Being perimenopausal has really been hard to adjust to. I have experienced night sweats, hot flashes, and acne. I have never had acne not even as a teen so it was hard to know what to do to treat it. Waking up in the middle of the night soaking wet, like someone poured a bucket of water on me, was very unpleasant and nasty. Hot flashes coming on out of the middle of nowhere, just not sure how to handle or adjust to It. I was prescribed a progestogen cream that seems to work for a while. I read reviews of other women experiencing some of the same perimenopausal systems that stated it really worked for them. I tried it. I am almost on my third bottle and I can say it worked for me. My acne has pretty much gone. I am able to sleep at night without waking up with night sweats and my hot flashes have pretty much stopped. No side effects that I can say. I do have a sugar craving but I am not sure if it is from perimenopause or DIM. I have More joint flexibility. I feel great since taking this. It has really balanced my hormones I feel like myself. Not having side effects, has been so wonderful. Prescribed hormone treatments are no good and very unhealthy, some even cause Cancer. Natural is the way to go. Thanks, DIM. Keeping the cancer at bay. I was diagnosed with HER2 positive breast cancer and I have lived and am living to tell about it. You have to take complete responsibility for your body! that was an enlightening moment when I realized that. I do take full responsibility for my health and I am a manifestation of my choices. I can accept that I contributed to my cancer but only because I didn't know better. I know better now and I DO better. This DIM supplement is fantastic for my particular cancer. It helps me stay on course. I am prescribed tamoxifen but I only take a half every other day. It makes your joints ache so bad, especially my knees. Well of course I want to live but I also want a great quality of life. That is why I refused radiation. My gut instinct said no. It's been 2 years and my scans were all clear! Praise my heavenly Father. I would have to eat soooo much broccoli to try and get close to the dose I get from these Natures Craft DIM complex & bioperene supplements! There is research that DIM and even green tea are great to prevent recurrence and it was proven to enhance the effects of tamoxifen. That is the reason I take this, and it is a staple in my diet. I don't know if these are helping me lose actual weight or if they simply manage hormonal/water weight gain, but I definitely have less bloat/overhang around the love handles after taking these for 2 wks and i have continues to take 1-2 a day since. Whichever the case, I'm very happy because even feeling a little slimmer is helping me feel more motivated to exercise and track my eating. I feel more energetic too. These are not a magic pill for large loss of inches but I am pleased with my continued results and feel they are effective. Easy to swallow pill size. The only downside is they do give a very slight aftertaste of broccoli (contained in the capsules), but that's more of a heads up than something negative.
