Un très bon fournisseur
Ce n'est pas la moins chère, et c'est pourtant d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Le fournisseur est en Angleterre, mais malgré le Brexit et les problèmes de douane, j'ai reçu le produit au bout de 9 jours, délai nettement plus court que le délai annoncé (15 jours). L'emballage est soigné et parfaitement adapté à la fragilité de cette lampe. Prestation parfaite. Aucun problème d'installation et de fonctionnement. Je recommande vivement ce fournisseur.

c'était pour remplacer la lampe HS de l'appareil de vision "loupe" (désolé je ne sais plus les références de cet appareil) pour ma mère, atteinte de DMLA.

Ampoule défectueuse ou incompatible mais vendeur et Amazon au top !
L’ampoule commandée m’a été livré dans le respect du délais et était bien emballée, mais malheureusement celle ci n’a pas fonctionné sur ma lampe. Je ne sais si elle était défectueuse ou si cela vient d’un pb de compatibilité, mais je vous conseille de bien faire attention aux caractéristiques de ce type d’ampoule par rapport à votre lampe. Je félicite et remercie en tout cas le service client d’Amazon et celui du vendeur qui ont apporté une réponse très rapide à ma demande et ont procédé au remboursement.
