Box is new but remote does not turn it on. I need to unplug and plug it back again to turn it on. Can this be resolved?

You can certainly watch Indian channels with this android Xiaomi tv box, no doubt about it. It is just a matter of knowing what applications (apks) to download. Google it how it is done.
