Nice fan!
Install was smooth. The electrical hookup went well. Just make sure you have a snap in connector and not the screw collar for your romex. The collar will not clear the electrical cover. Also there is a slow wind up of the motor. So when testing. Give it a second to spin up.

Nice, quiet fan for a small bathroom
I really like this fan and was happy to find an exact replacement for the one a contractor installed when remodeling my home. The reason I needed a replacement was that, after three years, the original fan stopped working because of dust buildup that clogged the fan blades. I did later manage to clean it out, but it was a lot of work. In the meantime I bought 10 Feet of Blue and White Air Filter Media Roll , MERV6 Polyester Media - 25" Wide from Amazon and cut out filters that fit perfectly into the cover. So now I have a spare fan, and most important, two covers. Once a month I switch covers and install a fresh one with a filter, then clean the dirt out with Dawn and the sprayer in the kitchen sink (spraying from the cleaner side through to the dirtier side). About a day later the filter is dry, and I reassemble it into the cover, ready for the next change. Note that a good pair of scissors is good for cutting the filter, a utility knife for cutting the slots for the cover's wire hangers, and that it's OK if the filter covers all but 1/8" to 1/4" at the edges of the cover (it still seals fine once installed) and this makes for an aesthetically perfect look once installed.

Good replacement for Broan 681
It's very small, and is the same size as the Broan 681 fan I was trying to replace. Broan does not have a direct replacement available.

default item after a year
once it get install in the bathroom after 4 months the fan stop spinning and get water inside and wont work anymore after first month start to loose power so i would not recommend this fan is faulty

This seller not reliable
The package was missing the cover for the fan. It was a good thing we were able to use our old cover! The fan motor system so far is extremely quiet which is wonderful.

Excellent little fan
This fan is so quite and at 1.0 sone it should be. I was surprised at how quite it was compared to the builder installed fan it replaced. The fan was a little smaller than the 8" x 8" of my previous fan so had to fill the gap but not a huge deal. Love the fact that its so quite and moves more air than the old fan that said 70 CFM. Installed in a small 25 sq ft shower room separated from the rest of the bathroom.
