Remember my mother having one of these for her phone, LOL! This is a significant help to me with my very modern phone set up at work. I spent a ridiculous amount of hours on the phone. While I wish this was actually bigger than it is it's gone a long way towards easing my shoulder pain.

I am so glad I ordered the black Softalk Telephone Shoulder Rest, and wonder why in the world I waited so long to get one. No more sore neck, phone receiver slipping when I am trying to talk on the phone and type on my laptop keyboard.It is a perfect fit (a little shorter than my phone handset), easy to put on (only one time to do it right), and it is secure once in place. Over all, it gets a thumbs up and five stars!

I've bought three of these and am ordering a fourth. These are a must for me at work. I am a secretary and spend many hours on the phone, while needing hands-free to keyboard. These have saved my neck, shoulders and sciatic nerve from becoming inflamed over the years. It's much easier to hold the phone against my ear and shoulder without pain. They stick for years, so be careful placing it the first time to get it right where you want it.

Helps slightly with my husbands neck issues associated with talking on conference calls all day. It sticks well to the phone reciever.

I have one on each of my three phones, and I hate using a phone that doesn't have one! Very comfortable, and they hold up for years. The oldest one I have is decades old and just as comfortable as the newest one; I have yet to wear one out. Don't know how good the newer SofTalk II is; I've always been so happy with the original article, I go out of my way to find it.

Some things just work. I bought a retro style phone receiver to plug into my cell phone and attached this to it. How nice to be able to just prop it on my shoulder and not get kinks in my neck. Speakerphone and Bluetooth headsets don't always work well. This combo is a nice alternative.

It's okay as a shoulder rest; but I've have much better onesin the past. Sometimes I have to hold it, because it's notas comfortable as the ones in the past.
