My dog likes this dog food better than the homemade food I slaved over for him….

I cannot rate the flavor, I love my dog but not that much. LOLThe food itself is nice cut chunks of meat, with vegetables and a decent amount of gravy. My dog is more than just a little bit picky, and he doesn’t hesitate to eat it.The ingredient list is also impressive for a non-loaf dog food

High quality ingredients.However, out of 12 cans, 5 were severely dented. Having the same issue at Whole Foods and PetSmart.When requested if I could just return the dented cans for replacement, I received a form letter offering a 30% credit, or to return the entire shipment.

My last order was rotten. Can exploded... contents extremely nasty. The smell was unbearable. A few cans look expanded. My son did not realize what cans that look spoiled look like before he opened it. Extremely toxic. Be careful.

My dog has tried multiple high end foods and nothing compares to her love for this. She gets some mixed in with her dry senior food for her morning meal. Sounds crazy but it makes her so happy so gladly eats her dinner of dry food like a champ. She had gotten very finicky and nutrition was a worry. It looks and smells like something that's good to eat! You can see the vegetables and the gravy it is in isn't thick or gloppy.

I was really quite disappointed with this considering the price. Firstly, I was surprised that my dog didn't really care for this that much. He usually loves almost all canned food. My dog gets bored of dried kibble so at home I make him stews but when we travel we take canned food to mix with this kibble. He's normally very excited but after the second day he completely lost interest.That might not be the case with your dog though. Some dogs may love it. I would just suggest trying 1 or 2 cans before you buy a 12 pack.My biggest issue with this food was the inconsistent texture of the food. The first can we opened looked like a liquid soup with chunks. The second can was more gelatinous. My husband and I checked the 12 packs a couple times thinking maybe we got a variety pack. I was sure the two cans were different flavors because they looked so different but no, you get 12 cans of butcher and bushel. The 3rd can was like the first, a liquid soup with meat chunks. This inconsistency is bizarre to me and kind of bothers me. We actually love kibble from Castor and Pollux so I'm pretty disappointed about this.or these two reasons, I don't think I would buy this again. I do love that this is organic and grain free so might be worth a try. But again, if you want to try this for the first time, just try one or two cans first.

My pups like it. Stores long - great for saving a full case (or a few) for my pups emergency rations.

My Puppies love this Organix Chicken & Turkey dinner. I mix it with the dry Organix and they eat it all up. I like knowing I'm feeding my pets the best food on the market.
