Does anyone know if this is compatible with the Hero 5? (I know the product description says hero 3 & 4 - but I am not familiar with the difference)

No, the housing will not be compatible with the Hero 5. The camera mount is going to be compatible with the Hero 3 and Hero 4 GoPro sizes (41mm x 59mm x 30 mm). You can use any action camera that is compatible with that size.

Can it do flips and rolls?

This drone can flip multiple times on one axis but not two! So it can do flips on the horizontal axis but not rolls around the longitudinal. It can rotate on the vertical axis.

What is the flight time with a GoPro attached?
