Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2 - Collector's Edition [Blu-ray]

I ordered this movie after seeing the famous "garbage day" video on youtube. I watched the movie and thought, this is actually pretty good for it's time. Unlike the other slasher movies of the 80's, this one had an original story that actually made sense. I won't ruin it for you though, and it's hard to tell the story without ruining it for those who want to see it. There are some repetitive parts, and the acting is a little over the top especially by Eric Freeman who plays the main character, but then again his performance is enjoyable and comical to watch. I wish he was in more movies or TV. My only complaint is that this should have been the first movie of the silent night series (and the only, 3-5 suck). If you've seen the first one, the second one will be of no interest because nearly all of the second movie is a recap of the first. With that said, you don't need to see the first to enjoy the second. Also, I won't give away the ending, but I'll just say it's rather inconclusive. I still highly enjoyed this movie, and it is a must have in anybody's collection. It's a brilliant idea with attention capturing performance that is completely under rated. It should be a Christmas Special.

If you're a fan of b-movies and comically bad performances, this is a must-see! This is a Christmas slasher flic which fails tremendously at its attempt to tell the dramatic tale of how a young boy grows up to be a deranged Santa-Claus killer and it is one the the funniest and most creative movies I've ever seen, and I love it!

This is a great sequal to the orginal it has so many great one liners and has a cult following the video is a 3 out of 5 and sound got 4 out of 5 and the extras are awesome fans will love this the bluray highly recommended

I love this movie!!! But very disappointed I didn’t receive the box sleeve for this. It says it’s a collectors edition, also it’s advertised with a sleeve. Pretty disappointed.

A very fun and camp sequel to the original Silent Night, Deadly Night. Some people seem to like either Part 1 or Part 2, but I personally like them both.

Thie first film is good but does drag somewhat in places this on the other hand takes the best bits of that film and adds a newly filmed wraparound interview and subsequent killing spree that delivers in every way imaginableLegitimately entertaining and with a meme generator of a performance from the man the myth the legend Mr Eric Freeman!Saw it online and enjoyed it so much I bought the blu ray as soon as possible. Well worth £10 of any horror fans money

Edizione spagnola in dvd da parte della Llamentol con buona qualità audio e video per questo "Silent night, deadly night 2", inedito in Italia. Il film è il diretto seguito del primo capitolo, conosciuto nel nostro Paese col titolo "Natale di sangue".Il dvd spagnolo in questione ha l'audio inglese e spagnolo con sottotitolo inglesi (!) e spagnoli, entrambi opzionabili. Consigliato dunque l'acquisto a chi era piaciuto molto il primo film della saga, dato che in questo seguito si raccontano le gesta del fratello del protagonista del film precedente.Per chi volesse recuperare "Silent night, deadly night 1" consiglio di acquistare il dvd della Quadrifoglio che è l'unica edizione integrale dato che la vhs Avo Film (col titolo Natale di sangue") e il dvd Quinto Piano (col titolo Silent night) erano molto censurate.

The first movie was fairly good but the second is basically a retelling of the first for the majority of it then it goes off into its own direction. It's more on the comical side if your into dark humor and poor acting by the main character. I could take it or leave it and it wouldn't bother me. This second one was really terrible.
