This is a great comb I have two bernadoodle puppies and this is only the only thing that will get the knots out. I love that the handle is padded so when you have to hold it for a long time your hand does not hurt. It's also a great size and easy to use

I have a Husky and was able to take her to a groomer because of her heavy coat. Because of Covid-19, the groomer is closed and my dog had puffs of fur sticking out all over and leaving tufts all over on the rugs. Also, it is getting hot and she likes to go into the pool to cool off and ends up stinking because she can’t get completely dry because of her fur. This comb that I purchased and using on her has been wonderful. It is easy to use and I have been able to get tons of fur off. She looks and feels so much better. It is well worth the money.

I'm a dog groomer so this comb gets used on all types of dogs. Whether they're matted, double coated it gets the job done. This is my second comb, after the first one broke, it lasted about three months but doing five or more dogs a day for five days a week it gets the job done.

I am suprised by how well this comb worked on my dog. I have a long thick haired golden and this comb sheds her so well. Just a few passes and its full of hair and it doesnt feel like its ripping it out and hurting her. Grip is really comfortable to hold as well.

This Hertzko Long and Short Teeth Comb works pretty well when I comb out my labradoodle in between grooming appointments. As my dog's hair grows, his curls are more likely to become matted. I have to comb him every several days. I have used the standard metal comb, and after 20 minutes my fingers hurt. There have been times it's taken me as much as an hour! After all these years, I decided to search for a better alternative with an easier grip. I like the rubberized handle, alternating teeth/pins that don't rotate, and it appears sturdy enough to do a good job for a while. This comb seemed to have a slightly wider handle when compared with product photos of other combs like this. I can gently comb out my doodle's mats and dead hair with less pain (for the both of us). My arthritic finger joints thank me, especially when I'm doing a long combing session!

The comb was a great tool to use on my Pom. I have arthritis in my hands and was using this little bitty comb for fleas to comb her hair out, it took for ever. I saw this comb and new I had to have it. It is wonderful and so easy to use. I also bought the same brand that is for the hair and cuts through the knots. I am so fortunate that I ordered both of these items. I couldn’t use the comb on my Maltese, he needs more of a brush. The Maltese doesn’t have an under coat.

I was very impressed that this works very well for removing knots from the fur of my 19-year-old cat. She had stopped grooming herself and the maths were just getting worse and worse. I thought this comb would at least let me safely isolate them so I could cut them with the scissors. But it turns out that it actually removes most of them. She doesn't love it, but she tolerates it for the most part. Her hips are sore so she does not tolerate it very long when I comb near her back legs. But overall, I am impressed with how well this worked.

I recently purchased a persian kitten. I wanted a strong comb that was not flimsy and the handle would not break after a month. This was the best out there. You get what you pay for.

I have an F1B standard bernedoodle who has very curly hair down the centre of her back and this little comb is fantastic at getting thru it. I brush her at least twice per week to ensure she doesn’t develop mats and this comb is all I use. I bought a couple of different slicker brushes that are recommended for dogs like mine and they’re essentially useless. I love that this comb has an easy grip handle & cannot recommend it enough! It’s a great price too - well worth it!
