I am a 5 a.m. gym guy. I can’t do the pre-workout drinks that make your skin tingle. ZOA is the PERFECT pre-workout for the morning people who need that “wake-up energy” so they can crush their workout and accomplish their morning goals. They’re best ice cold and they taste amazing. Pineapple- coconut is my faze but…. I’m trying new favors too.

I've tried them all, from Red Bull, through Monster, through Celsius, even C24...nothing comes close to Zoa in terms of flavor or reliability of impact (in terms of the caffeine content). After a lifetime of never drinking coffee or having any caffeine at all (it always gave me the jitters), now that I am an oldster I find that caffeine is an essential for me to enjoy a full day of activities with my young family. I don't want to be that old guy who goes to bed at 8pm. Zoa enables me to carry on into the evening, and beyond, deliciously, with no jitters...and Zoa never keeps me awake. My go-tos are Zoa Orange Grapefruit and Zoa White Peach. Zoa is an essential in my life, worth every dime.

Tasty and does the job. Not too sweet and no weird vitamin aftertaste either. Idk if I’d use them as a “pre-workout” but I do enjoy starting my day with them.

I'm not an athlete and I don't see much of a difference between this and a monster or rockstar. Which was the main reason why I decided to give it a try, I just needed an extra kick for my every day routine. I don't do a much physical work on a day, maybe 5k steps a day. It's very hard for me to stay awake during the day so I was looking for something to keep me up and concentrated. Unfortunately, this did not do much for me. I honestly feel the same as with the usual energy drinks. There was no surge in energy at all, but also no crash which was good. The flavor was really good! Which I'm happy because honestly I was getting very sick and tired of the flavors of the rockstars, monsters and raze energy drinks because those are hit or miss. In my opinion these are extremely overpriced for the size and quantity. I'm happy to have to drink less for the same amount of energy but not having to pay more, if that makes sense. Because at the end of the day, I'm not receiving the benefits it's claiming. I've tried pre-workouts before and this is nothing like it. A pre-workout is like putting on a brand new set of batteries. I would like to get back into working out but this definitely does not give me enough energy to keep me awake for half the day. So by the time I get home from work I just want to sleep and have no motivation to work out at all. So yeah, only buy this if you like expensive tasting low calorie sodas I guess.
