My first experience with the mop has been great, it's easy to assemble & convenient to use without dirtying the hands. The spin basket lets you have the desired water content on the mop. You can spin more for an almost dry mop or spin less for slightly wet mop depending on the purpose of use.The product reached me before the delivery date & the overall quality seems good & sturdy.The manufacturer also sent videos on how to use & assemble the product through WhatsApp on the mobile no. registered with Amazon which was a good gesture & helpful for a first time user.Overall, happy with the product & the service.

I have been using this for a month now and I'm satisfied with the product at its price point. Easy to use , easy to clean and delivered before time.

I ordered it for some one else and they found it very useful.First of all we received all the accessories as advertised on Amazon.If stick( the mop stick that have free degree of rotation) is slided at an angle needs little effort to make it straight again as it has limited degree of freedom which one can get adjusted. That's not a big deal.This product contains a steel dryer rotatar that's make this product so strong and the plastic body is also good.The steel drum may come off if you press the stick strongly on it so don't press the stick with high power.Spin drum of the mop moves freely without any squeaking unlike the one on Milton spotzero mop.Please let me know if you have any other question.

Product is decent but like almost all mops in market the spring mechanism simply isn't durable and you end up changing mop sticks every 6 months

Very nice engineered part. Metal bin makes part more impressive and robust. Last one I bought was Gala which was all with plastic and had latest for few months only. Eco Alpine I am buying for second time, first one I bought was 4 years ago and still 80% OK.Would Highly recommend.

Easy to use ,light weight, but plastic quality is not so ggod but it's nice a quality product

The mop Rod is very light and does not move as it should be.It becomes difficult to clean the surface.It is of Inferior quality.Amazon should have checked this Before Selling.

Using this product very satisfactorily since 1 month for house cleaning.It is a good product with Quality material and pleasing colour. Very easy to use.It can easily access the difficult corners for cleaning.The mop quality is good and easy to clean. Good product.Just go for it.
