Top notch product! Every sinus sufferer needs this in their life!
I have suffered from Sinus pressure, pain behind the eyes, and a feeling of fullness in my head forever. This is my go to. I heat this up in the microwave for about 40 seconds, take it to bed, and I place it over my eyes like you would a sleep mask. The moist heat is very soothing, and really helps to open up my sinuses. Also, use some Vicks Vapo Rub, put a little bit of it under your nose, turn off the lights, make sure your room is dark, and relax. I won't run my home without it.

hot or cold Buddy Sinus Pack
I have purchased several sinus/headache packs in the past, and my main complaint was always that it did not hold heat. I do not use it as a cold pack although I may do so in the future. However, I am so pleased with the Original Bed Buddy Sinus Pack. It is weighted so that it stays in place without slipping. It is both comfortable and comforting. I think it might be handy to have a strap, but, really, one is not needed.I'm very happy with my purchase. I heat mine for 45 seconds and it stays heated until I have gone to sleep. Again, I'm very pleased.

Good, but not a solution in and by itself
What I like the most of the Bed Buddy is that when I put it on, I am "forced" to relax and unwind. I could do it any other way, but this seems to do it best. A few minutes with eyes closed and a few positive thoughts and I feel like new. Not sure if it is the relaxation or something in the Bed Buddy, but the process works for sinuses and more. A simple, effective tool worth trying.

Good for headaches
This ice pack is awesome. The nice part? Even kids like it. It doesn't get too cold, but is very pleasant. Ours has held up well for years. The only reason I bought a new one is because a child used it and dropped in under a bed, where it languished for months until I broke down and bought a new one. Of course we found it as soon as we ordered a new one. But don't hold that against it -- this really is a nice ice pack for headaches.

Bed Buddy does not get cool even after 2 days at 0 degrees in a chest freezer.
After 2 days in a 0 degree freezer I could not feel the cold I had a origional Bed Buddy and it was great. I have tried 3 of the new style in 3 years and none got cool even. If you want it to cool you it is a waste of money. I will try to send it back to Amazon for credit but have been turned down on my last order that came totally damaged and the powdwr ran out of the K-cps as the had been crushed and broke open and went all over me, the couch, and the floor. I had to sweep it up and put in the waste basket. Not the Amazon I was used to.

Great for sinus headaches (while heated).
I have yet to try this bed buddy cold but have purchased numerous ones for myself and for others heated for sinus problems.I work in a very dry building and have allergies. To absolutely no one's surprise, this means I frequently have sinus headaches and sinus infections. I've found that using this sinus pack (heated in the microwave for about a minute) just as a sinus headache is starting to get going relieves the irritation in my sinuses. It has been the only thing that has worked on some of my more wicked headaches (you know the ones, where it's painful to even move your head). As for the smell, I have to admit that I'm amused by the variety of descriptions in the review. Your mileage may vary, of course, but to me it smells like steamed rice and I find that to be very soothing.I tell everyone to give it a try. Heck, after popping the pills we pop to get rid of headaches, $13 isn't much to waste if it doesn't work for you.
