Not smooth and prone to surface rust
Looks good when new but agree with others that it is difficult to keep clean as it isn't a smooth surface, you can feel gooves/lines in the surface. Despite keeping dry and not using any bleach/harsh cleaning products on it, I'm finding that after a few months of use, I am having to regularly polish with Bar Keepers Friend as I keep getting a lot of surface rust on it too.
