Unfortunately like most people I saw this as a potential bargain, and with the number of 5 star reviews mixed in with some negative ones I chose to ignore the negative reviews assuming they may have messed something up or gotten a lemon.I was not thrilled with this product. It looks pretty nice, but that's about it.First and foremost, I only purchased this product for the mirror link technology so that I could display my smartphone while driving. I have yet to get it to work. I know I have completed the proper steps on my phone, and per the instructions in the description I am using the factory usb cable. The unit isn't recognizing my phone.My phone was able to connect via bluetooth. Unfortunately when I answer calls no one can hear me. I am guessing the built in mic in the unit is broken, that or there is another software issue.If you are bothered by the small things like it saying "Setting" instead of "Settings" this is not the unit for you.Also another annoying feature, if you are listening to the radio and you decide to hit the home button for whatever reason, your music will stop. So in other words it will not play music in the background when switching through menus.Ultimately I had to give this product 1 star because of the mirror link not working. I could get past some of the other bugs but that one was a non negotiable. That was the whole reason I bought this stereo.

I will start with a positive. All the functions work, Wiring is not all that complicated but, I recommend going on Utube for best instructions.The sound is like listening to a 1970s transistor radio. Poor sound quality. I listen to jazz and easy listening music. I just don't get a rich sound or close to it. The tuning is hit and miss. After sitting in my driveway after installing it, I tried to pick up radio stations. Very hard but, I took a 2 mile trip to the store and got better channels which held.If you have an extended cab truck or van like, I do the backup camera wire is not long enough which went in my econoline van e350.Overall. You get what you pay for.

My son was able to install it quickly and easily. We did have to sand the outer trim piece of the dash for a perfect and professional look. Mama is very happy. I found the radio easy to use and bluetooth my phone for gps.

Music sounds a lot better than I expected. It sounds better than the stock radio and picks up lots more and clearer stations in my 99 tacoma. I'm more than happy with it for the crazy low price of $30ish. Mirror link works you have to download the mirror app. Turn ur phone sideways to make it match full screen. For the price what's there to complain about. There is a tuner with treble and bass u can adjust or front back rear forward. Or there's presets.I'm leaving the wiring diagram as the picture because everyone's going to need it. It's simple to use.
