1988 to 2013
This book is a revision of Don Norman's masterpiece "The Psychology of Everyday Things," published in 1988. If you do not know him, you do not have to read this, but I guarantee this is a gem for all.As I read the translated edition, "誰のためのデザイン?" twenty years ago, I am glad to make the reunion with fundamental design concepts, such as affordances, signifiers, constraints, mappings, conceptual model, feedback, feedforward, etc. Everybody at the moment agrees with Human-Centered Design. To produce an excellent product, designers, engineers, and marketers must share the requirements and work harmoniously. Sound obvious? Technologies change, but the fundamental psychology of human beings will remain unchanged.

Damaged
I ordered a new version of the book but it looks used and old. Would like half of my money back
