**Q: will this work on front springs on a bmw x5 ?**
A: Yeah, it should work on any automotive application.

**Q: Will this work on the newer atv/utv coil over springs?**
A: I ran this by our engineers this morning and they were pretty sure that it will work in that application, but they wanted to do a little research since there seems to be a significant variety of springs

**Q: The lone 1-star reviewer notes:    "OK for big springs but for smaller coil overs won't work!"  Does anyone have a different opinion?**
A: We have been using this for more then a year and it has worked on large and small struts

**Q: Does it need to be mounted to use?**
A: Yes it needs to be mounted.  Standard options are wall, stand or bench top mounting.  You can buy the stand or bench top kit from Branick, or make your own.
