Q: Are these filters reusable

Yes. Those who disagree don't know that these weren't invented for herb, just re-labelled for it. These have been used by pipe smokers for many years and they are designed to fit inside a tobacco pipe. (That's also why these are a little too large and the slims are a little too small - but both work well - you'll just adjust your rolling style.). A pipe smoker uses them many times, until the charcoal inside is no longer doing its job (after you start re-using them, you'll get feel for when they are done). I use mine for about 4 to 6 79mm (1 1/4") joints if I don't accidentally throw it away first. If your contents are moist or its humid out, the filters can clog. When that happens throw it away or use a poker wire.

Q: Do you all provide shorter tips, or can they be cut?

Unfortunately shorter tips are not available and these cannot be cut

Q: can they be added to a pre-rolled cigarillo if i remove some tobacco and push it in?

You can do that. It might be hard to get a good seal on the wrap to where you’re not drawing air around it. I bought these: Silicone Cigarette Holder - Smoking Accessories - Tips for Rolling Papers and Raw Papers - 1.5 × 0.28-inch Camo-Blue - Set of 2 …and just put the filter in the small end and my smoke in the large. They work great together for me.
