Not impressed! Both units had issues...
First off, this had no reviews yet and I was hesitant to buy this but took the chance since it was nicely priced compared to other 60-100A 12V power supplies. I'm happy to report it works as advertised with just a couple side notes for others considering this product.I bought this to replace 2x 30A power supplies I ran together in order to power my garage "car" audio amplifier which needed a solid 65A of 12V power (800w RMS). Those got me close but obviously I was underpowered especially when I had it cranked and was drawing out the full 60A from those (minus efficiency so prob a bit under 60A). Amp LED's would dim when the bass hit. So, I got this 83A Power Supply and I've got it hooked up now and with same settings as before, no dimming and no audible noise or distortion coming from the speakers! Very pleased with this power supply!Regarding the title, some details I wanted to add are that the fan is pretty easy to hear and it's ALWAYS running. Not like my 30A units that only spin up if it gets hot or pushed hard. It'd be fine if the fan wasn't so noisy. So keep that in mind if your looking at buying this one - fan always on and it's not a silent/quiet fan either. Regardless of the somewhat noisy fan always on, it does supply the right amount of power to my 12V system so I'm happy with the purchase!Update: The first power supply I received started to make squealing noises any time there was a load being pulled And did this every time I would use it for maybe 3 to 5 minutes and then it would eventually go away. However, the second unit I received as a replacement, it powered up for maybe a minute and then shut off / DOA essentially. This one had a different noise coming from it then my previous one did while it was powered on so seems like poor quality control. Originally had this as five star but after two of them having issues I can’t keep that rating.

I am impressed
After reading a lot of bad reviews i still decided to order because it was cheap. When it came it the actual size of it was very small and I was thinking this is junk. I proceeded to put together a car stereo system that I am using indoors. Running a fosgate 500 amp and a fosgate 300 amp, the total amp draw can run 110 amps between the two. long story short i went ahead and hooked it up. I running an alpine unit. I have both gains cranked on the amps and i can run the volume on 20 on the head unit. I am very impressed that it is keeping up like it is. so ive ordered the 12 volt 100 amp model in which im going to run on the bigger amp then i should have plenty of power. I cannot hear the fan on my like a lot of complaints. for the money it is well worth it. the only draw back is you have to use small pronged electrical connectors where it hooks up and no on and off switch.

Not suitable for communications use.
I used this power supply for my Ham radio but the noise level created from the power supply in my radios receiver was too great. The description said it could be used for communications, but I found out that it couldn't so I returned it.

Charging lithium lifepo4 bank
I bought this by accident and missed my return window, so after 6 months of sitting in the garage I decided to seenif I could use it to change my lithium iron phosphate battery bank. Voltage is adjustable up to 13.64v which is really close for lifepo4, but when I need a rapid charge this will do the job.
