Absolutely love it! It was a bit awkward at first (at least for me) but I figured it out after 5 mins. After you install it on to your house spout and attached the hose nozzle on the other end, you make sure the small lever attached to hose where the nozzle meets the hose, is turned side ways (off position). Then turn your house water spout to let out water and WAIT until the hose expands, THEN open turn the small lever on/open and the water will come out perfectly. It is recommended that when you turn the house water spout to close the water, you then turn the small lever of the hose to open to let all the water out. Once all the water is out of the hose, then close the small lever. Once you receive the hose, you will know what I mean by the "small lever". I highly recommend this; it's awesome.

Really love this hose. It is best not to store this hose in the direct sun so I gutted my Hose Box Reel. I put a 5 gal pail in it with a lid when not in use. The pivot connector takes the stress off the fabric with the improved rubber sleeve, swivels 360 degrees. I think this version has improved on issues earlier pocket hoses had. The sprayer is quality with 10 spray patterns. Just know, the yellow tag on the sprayer is incorrect, look at the booklet for actual instructions. So happy with this 75’ hose I ordered a 50’ for the back. No more lugging around heavy hoses or having to wind them up. I had read people had issues with water pressure, I did not. You need to go by the instruction booklet on the On/Off valve. The valve straight down opens the water flow, if it is not pointing down it will restrict the water flow. If anyone went by the yellow tag on the hose nozzle the hose will start to retract. Having a light weight hose has cut down my watering time considerably.

I finally decided to purchase this hose because I’m so tired of pulling a large heavy hose out to do simple things around the outside of my house. I used this hose the first time yesterday. It expanded quickly and the water pressure was great. I used it to wash porches and driveway and I was impressed. The water drained out of it when turned off and storage is so easy as well as the fact that it is very light weight. I purchased the 75 ft hose.

I didn't read the instructions first and I regret it. The hose grows more than twice its original length when filled with water and I stretched it to the backyard to water some plants. When I went to the spigot to turn it off I didn't realize that it would shrink itself up so much that it pulled the downspout off of the side of my house. I hope that makes sense, I don't know how else to explain it. Plus when it is shrinking it kind of gets stuck to the cement somehow so be very careful when you are filling it up and letting the water out. Make sure you have at least 10 to 12 ft of loose hose by the spigot when you are going to turn it off and let the water out because like I said it shrinks like crazy. It kind of looks like a snake. So as I said, read the instructions first please, and watch out for your downspouts 😬🫣🐍

I have been buying Pocket Hoses for years now. By far this is the best one I’ve ever owned.The swivel and hose connection make it superior to the previous models. And now with additional inner layers and the copper infused jacket, it’s the BEST EVER.I got the 75 foot version to be able to reach all the corners of the yard. I am so pleased I got the new COPPERHEAD POCKET HOSE!

Definitely a high quality product. It's all hooked up and put to use. A couple of minor issues which would not effect my purchase of this product again are a minor leak in the 360 Degree Swivel connector and when the hose is full pressured with water it extends to it's full length. When water pressure is released the hose constricts noticably and loses many feet of length. I ordered the 75' length hose and due to the hose shrinkage the 100' would meet my needs. Time will tell how long this product's longevity lasts. Some other expanable hoses I owned did not last more then a couple of years.

Very well made. Easy to pick up and move around. Attachments for seals and easy hose adapter for turning the direction of the hose via are a bonus! Quality and light weight are the best. The length is excellent. Allows for a full water flow with expansion of the hose as well. I will purchase another for the back yard. Shipped fast and priced great, via Prime.

However, no dam water pressure. I have 80 lb water pressure. I was gonna buy 2 more nice & easy to carry But no water pressure that I would like it seems like it drops down to 50% loss of water. Still happy with one hose. My other Hoses choke water pressure.Richard
