This product really works. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep, even if I need to use the restroom in the middle of the night I can go back to sleep. It's great!

Love this product. Both benefits sleep and overall health with the addition of functional mushrooms. Would recommend. Melatonin threw off my hormones so this has been a fantastic alternative.

It works okay as a natural sleep aid. Not as great as larger doses of melatonin. Does not cause stomach upset. Pills seem to be of normal quality.

I laughed when I opened the bottle and saw even put cotton on top which I will use in my mycology endeavors. Thought, Stamets, quality he expects and demands for his customers worth the little extra in price because I trust his company

Quality product, for me however I find the Stress-Decompress to be better at winding me down for end of day.

Doesn’t really help me stay asleep. All it does is help me unwind a little at the end of the day. The directions don’t say when to take it, but I’m assuming before bed, so that’s what I’ve been doing. Don’t think I’ll reorder it.

These combine mushroom mycelium (Reishi and Lion's Mane) with ingredients like GABA and magnesium.I can't say I've seen a dramatic shift yet, but they seem to offer some calming support. They are easy to take and don't cause any upset.It's a reasonably priced option, especially given the brand's reputation. If you're sensitive to sleep aids, it might take a bit to figure out how much to take for you. I'm still working on it.
