Maker 4 Essentials Bundle

I bought the circuit maker machine to do all my wedding diy and present personalisation products. I am so happy with this machine, it cuts the card perfectly and was really easy to set up and install.

It’s brilliant! Capable of so much. I can’t recommend it enough.

Came perfect

I recently upgraded from my Cricut Maker to the Cricut Maker 4 and I'm so thrilled. The slate blue colour is gorgeous and I was really happy with the amount of materials and tools that came in the box - it has everything I needed! Setting up in Design Space was simple and I've done my first projects which cut well. It's so much faster than my old machine and being able to cut without needing a mat is a game changer.

Slowly trying to master it, but what I’ve managed so far is ok. Disappointed that it doesn’t come with a user manual, only a user guide which numbers all the parts. Pleased with the quality of what I’ve made so far. Examples in photos.

When this was delivered, the Matt, cardstock and all of the materials that I played an extra £60 where half under the cricut box and then bending up to the side of the cricut box so all of the materials I paid extra for (including the Matt) are all bent out of shape. Spoke to Amazon and they said I can return it. The thing is I bought this on Barclys finance and I was going to make some Easter cards on it, if I returned it it would of been about a week or more to get returned and re ordered, so I took the £60 loss. When I first plugged the cricut in via the usb c cable my pc couldn’t find it, I had to unplug the cricut and then hold down 2 buttons and plug the cricut in to force it into a firmware update mode. After a couple of attempts to do this my pc picked it up. Cool, now I know it’s working I rearrange my office space so I have a home for the cricut now. Only problem is there isn’t a good place to put it near my PC (which is fine as I will be using my iPad or phone mainly) so I put it up high in a cupboard and go to connect to my phone. iPhone cant find the cricut on Bluetooth using either the cricut app or Bluetooth directly on iPhone. I try an android I have, same problem. I try my pc.. Same problem. I reached out to cricut support to see if there is anything I can do to resolve this (A.I bot) and I have to go through Amazon. I look online, use chatbots and find a few things I can try, nothing works. I have a motorbike, work full time and parent when I’m not working, so getting this returned is going to be a pain due to how big the item is, but I’ve also used some of the material already thinking this was working when it wasn’t so I’m not sure if I can or not. Mistakes happen, not everything will arrive perfectly but I get the feeling that this might of been a previous return from someone who realised it didn’t work properly and the supplier has sent it back out to another customer because this wasn’t working as soon as I received it, I had to get it working. And the way they just bundled these extra materials in and ruined what a customer has paid an extra £60 for was careless, the cricut box was inside some other massive box that could of easily fit the materials in, so why they chose to bend them inside a smaller box is baffling. I’ve had cricuts before they are good machines, this hasn’t been a good experience though.
