FIGHTECH Reusable Gel Ice Pack - Cold/Hot Pack Therapy for Rotator Cuff Injuries Bursitis and Swelling (Hinge Joint, 2-Pack)

Update: After several times microwaving the pack, I noticed a leak. Funny thing was it never got any worse. It just was this oily substance on one of the side seams. I honestly thought I had to toss this into the garbage. However, to my surprise it never leaked ever since. My guess is it was some adhesive that might of melted. So if you have a minor leak, it just might not be a leak at all. I'm still very well happy with these. No leaks most importantly. Just be careful by not to over heat as this is one possible way pressure must escape. These gel packs stepped up the game on the matching design brace. I currently use these to reduce inflammation on my shoulder and it has been great! Thing is, having 2 was useful by always having one available through rotation. Pain relief! I've yet to heat these as I don't have a need at the moment. However, I can see these are effective given cooling has been so helpful thus far.

I thought that I could improvise my ice packs into my FIGHTech shoulder brace, realizing that was not successful I purchased this 2 gel pack. Wow do these make a difference! They benefit the entire shoulder, last a really long time & with 2, I have one ready at all times. After reading reviews of the gel pads leaking after heating them in the microwave, I choose to heat them on the stove - they fit nicely in a water filled skillet & I can control the temperature.

Good quality, weird shape, good in comfort, easy to use

I had a buraus of the elbow and it got BIG, like a tennis ball under the skin. It didn't really hurt but it wasn't going down. So I went into the hospital and the Doc said, yes that's what you got. He said it's common, you just have to rest that arm. He drained it for me, took a whole big tube of water and blood and it was still a golf ball size. Thanked him and left, yah, you guessed it, a week later I was back there having it drained again, this time it was like a ping pong ball, no hurt so, I found this freezable elbow wrap, funny looking but it worked, it was like a 3 point star, just freeze it and fold the wings up and your set. Anyway, I'm better now, its like a marble now buyt the Doc said it would take about 8 weeks to heal, he wasn't lying about that.

These are a nice size for my shoulder. I use it as a replacement pack for my neoprene shoulder sling. They are easy to form around shoulders and knees. Durable and reusable, these are great.
