Fishing Rod Rigger Boat Holder Outriggers Pack Aluminum

I would have liked to see a slightly increased angle in the holder. It has less angle than normal trolling rod holders. Also the rubber liner reduces the diameter to where standard boat rods will not fit. I removed the liner, it a flexible rubber and easily slips out, and do use them but with the restraining straps that are furnished. They are well made and have a good price but I would like them better if # 1 the angle was increased and #2 increase the inside diameter of the liner to accept a boat rod ( 1 1/2" is whats needed )

Quality of these is poor at best but I'm sure they'd work decent in a freshwater environment for small fish. Made in CHINA. The welds on mine had tiny pinholes on them and would obviously rust in no time using them on the boat in a saltwater environment. The angle of the outrigger is too low, the rod would end up in the ocean if a fish hooked. Definitely not suitable for saltwater fishing

sadly, or not sadly, i ordered two of these not knowing it came in a set of two so i was stoked when i received two boxes with 4 angled rod holders. very light, perfect angle and super happy i made the mistake of misordering. safety straps that come with the rod holders are rubbish broke the first time but made good replacement shoe laces for the kids haha

I have a 21' Sea Pro in Boston and these outriggers do exactly what i wanted them to. A few casting rods (cork handle) dont fit because the butt end is too large.All my boat roads fit perfectly and lock into place....no complaints.

One came with Liner gimbal and lanyard.The second one no gimbal, no liner and no Lanyard.

The shaft was to short plus the opening for the rod was to small. Could not fit a rod in the holder
