Excellent item. Unavailable to buy in UK. Ignore any bad reviews about this company. They delivered exactly what I ordered with no customcharges and delivery was quick too. Highly recommend.

Happy to have found a white one, not available in the UK, from this seller in Germany. Also very happy didn't have to pay for boarder customs (maybe because they have a storehouse in Leeds where the product was shipped from eventually, but not sure), and seller responsive enough - so happy with everything at first. Approximately used it 6 times over 3-week period although noticed that on the left side of the compartment (standing in front of air frier) food was always slightly burned. Last night there was a a concerning rattling sound. Turned it off and discovered the rear left vent had melted! Pieces of its plastic dropping on the fan, hence the noice. Still within the return window so not bothering with warranty but very very disappointed.Going by Google search, apparently this happens quite often - and no, the air frier was not too close to the wall.

The air fryer is a five star. The reason for one star is Ninja's customer relations which should be no stars. My wife and I wanted a white air fryer to suit our kitchen and bought this one through Amazon. The air fryer came from Germany and because of this Ninja UK refused to guarantee it. They will only issue a guarantee in the country of purchase. I assumed Ninja being a world wide company and would issue a world wide guarantee. Considering all Ninja air fryers are made in China, then all the internal and external parts should be the same. Comparing our air fryer with those of friends the only difference is the label on the back. Ours says AF500EU and our friends AF500UK. I imagine that Ninja will soon be marketing a "How to avoid having to guarantee a product" package

Huge sent it back and to much money

Fabulous especially in white
