In the description of the product it said without headgear, so I assumed that it would not have the head strap with it. But I was pleasantly surprised when the package came and it had the head strap and also the elbow piece that hooks to the tube came with it. The mask itself has a foam seal on it which prevents air from leaking out. My previous mask I had leaked and would blow air into my face and this one does not do that. I have not slept with this new headgear, but tried it on and laid down like I was going to sleep and it is very comfortable. I ordered a size small and it fits very well.

As long as your size is right. This mask seems to work well. No air leakage. I know my husband is getting a good night sleep. He is not pitching nor restless. It straps on nicely. Good product.

This is a well fitting CPAP mask with swivel hose.

I have used nasal pillows for many years, but when my nose is stuffy it makes using nasal pillows impossible. Recently I had a sinus infection and extreme congestion made it impossible to use the nasal pillows. This mask was great. Much more comfortable than any full face mask that I tried in the past. I was able to use it despite my claustrophobia, I think because it is so soft and sits down comfortably on the face. Took me a bit to figure the straps out, but it is actually quite easy to put on and adjust. I still prefer nasal pillows, but this is a great back up and so glad I have it.

The mask itself is fine and nicely presented, but DO NOT listen to all of the reviews saying the headgear is included. It is not, which is exactly what the product description says, so I can't fault them for that. I can, however, fault all of the reviewers saying the headgear was included. Because of those reviews, I now have to wait another day or so for the headgear to arrive since I now have to order it separately.

Works well and more comfortable than the full mask under the nose I first had. I did have the foam at the nose split and the top left clip snap after using it for a while. Otherwise I still choose this one over the others.

Works great with my ResMed Mini. However, I strongly recommend getting the ResMed mini connection kit. It can connect to the mini using cheaper hose connector modifiers, but not perfectly.

This mask covers your nose and mouth. I think its the most comfortable of the sleep apnea masks out there! I’ve tried having the air that is under your nose and you suck in plastic more than the air, also the ones where air shoots into your nostrils.. yuck. The F20 mask is the best. You can actually yawn a bit and not mess it up. Air is more free in this mask as your nose and mouth are inside, making breathing easier. I started with a large size but had leakage problems, was just too big, went to a medium size and its been great! Unfortunately mask size is trial and error to get the right fit. For Sleep Apnea masks, this is the one to get!
