Replaced soldering tips with no mods.
This worked perfectly for inserting brass screw fittings into my 3D prints. It replaced the standard soldering iron tips with no modifications needed. Fit closely enough that it helped me insert the fittings straight.

Great for installing threaded inserts into 3D printing projects.
Works perfectly fine for installing threaded inserts into 3D-printed projects. Docking a star because the sizes aren’t indicated or engraved anywhere on the tips themselves.

Must-Have for Inserts
If you're doing threaded inserts in your 3D prints, you need this tool. The tips get the inserts in straight and flush every time. It's way better than trying to use a regular soldering iron tip. Seriously makes a big difference.

Pretty good...but.
Overall the maching was well done though my M6 tip was not bored out (it's solid) so it is not usable on my usual electronics soldering iron. I tried it in my 1980s Weller but the diameter is too large to use it in.
