I got these on a whim to try baking some Concha bread. It turned out to be a bit more involved than I expected, but the result was yummy, just like I remember Concha bread when it came from the bakery. The recipe I tried used a standard sweet bread dough, and layered on top of that is the pink part which they call frosting. This was the most difficult because it doesn’t roll out like a dough; it’s made with shortening, so you have to smooth it onto the bread, keeping your hands wet so the frosting doesn’t stick. Once this “frosting” is placed on the bread, you use the cutter to make the pattern. Make sure you dip the cutter in flour before every single cut. As your cakes rise again, the cracks in the frosting appear. Rinse the cutter immediately afterwards, as flour will settle into the tighter spots and can be difficult to wash out. I used the pig cookie cutters to make some sugar cookies. The cutters work very well, the dough doesn’t get caught in the cutter and all the cookie edges are clean. They wash up easily after use. I’m very happy with this set, I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys trying new things in the kitchen.

These are pretty good. The pigs are so cute and I love that there are 5 different sizes. The concha cutter is a large circle that will cut and imprint dough all in one swipe. They seem standard quality, but slightly sharp on the edges. It would be nicer if the holding-end of the cookie cutters had a rim or some sort of coating on them. I ran them through my dishwasher and had no issue, so these are dishwasher safe.

Just a bad experience. Don’t waste your $.

I got these to use with clay, rather than for cookies or conchas. They're exactly what I needed and work really well so far! I'll update this if they warp or anything, but they seem like they'll be fine for a while.

This concha and cookie cutter set arrived just as shown. The quality is okay but works for my purposes. I’m just not sure how well these will work in the long run. I’ve only made concha’s a few times but thought it would be a bit faster to use a concha cutter rather than cutting the design myself.I wanted to give a concha cutter a try but so this worked for what I needed.

Estos cortadores son de buena calidad. Excelentes para marcar tus conchas con la característica forma del pan mexicano. Genial que viene con moldes de diferentes. tamaños de puerquitos..

I was happy with the concha cutter/stamp. Works well and looks like a shell. Not sure if I’ll ever use the pig cookie cutters, but they seem plenty sharp and well made with multiple sizes. Everything went through the dishwasher on the top rack with no issues.

i have a set of these for myself and my daughter is always asking me to get her some so she can make the bread herself. nice quality and she loved the set
