I only have one nose. Why do I need 4 different sizes?

I also only have one nose, just like you. But, I will bet you that our 2 noses are NOT the same size.

I really wanted to know before I order it, if the are made of soft silicone?

They seem to be a soft silicone. Very flexible. I totally LOVE mine. I'm 80 years old and can now FINALLY breathe thru BOTH nostrils no matter which side I sleep on.

The large size is 2mm long and 1.5mm in widest diameter. They are very flexible and comfortable.
