This Sunflower Seed oil is a nice option to have when cooking. It has a high smoke point and it provides a good taste to your food - without being overpowering. I think everything Whole Foods 365 is worth the cost, and this oil is really priced well. I think this is worth it to add to your cooking repertoire! Highly Recommend!

This oil is amazing. It flavors the food,with a light and delicate sunflower flavor. (think sunflower seeds) It works best on a lower temperature. It is great for veggies,and chicken. It doesnt leave the food greasy at all.

Very neutral taste that heats up well and was easy to cook with. Doesn't affect the flavor of any of my dishes and very versatile.

We've used this a few time in different ways, and it has performed well each time. It doesn't have a strong taste, so it's great for salad dressings.We also used it to fry some potatoes, just to see how it would handle heat. It did pretty good - better than olive oil. It didn't fry as crispy as canola or veg oil, but the health trade offs are worth it. The difference was negligible.The wife loves it for her skin. She swears it instantly makes her hands softer and doesn't leave a greasy residue. I agree.

Never tried this before. Its not bad. Seems a bit expensive. Doesnt affect flavor for what you cook with. I think it might be made for other recipes like dressings. Overall, its has that 365 quality so that is a plus - you can rest assured it is what it claims to be and I love it comes in glass
