The 3/8" flare gas fitting with right hand pipe thread was the right one for my propane patio heater. They even provide the special yellow tape needed for gas fittings, though it's not required for flange fittings. The hose is connected to the regulator using a clamp fitting. The hose is the right length for full-sized propane patio heaters.

This seems like a well made hose and it arrived on time. One end hand-tightens to the standard BBQ grill sized LP tank. The other end screws into a 2-burner stove that came with our Jayco popup camper. I never liked the idea of frying foods up against the canvas side of the popup on the mount provided on the camper. I guess people do it but it seems like a camper fire waiting to happen. Now I will set the stove on a picnic table, put the LP cylinder under the table and cook that way. I tested it and the connectors fit both ends and it lit the burners as desired.

The squirrels chewed thru the propane cord on my sons blackstone grill so he went a bought another grill and WAS going throw this one away so I took it and bought the replacement propane hose for it pretty cheap. It hooked right up and works GREAT !!!

I have purchased this same product twice but the first one was under a different name that is discontinued but it's the same product. I have used them on my 22" griddle and my newer one is on my new 30" griddle. I would definitely recommend it.
