Great product overall. Gets the job done
I’ve been using prework out for years and this is probably the best I’ve come acrossed. For me, it’s strong enough to get the job done, but not so strong that I’m up all night wishing it would stop. I work 14hr days, and one scoop makes me excited to work out and keeps my focused on getting a good work out in. The taste is so so, but I also have never found a prework out that taste even half decent. I came acrossed the product while reading an article about the top prework outs on the market. This was number 2 and it lives up to it.

This is probably one of the best preworkouts out right now as of Feb 2020
I always like to try new preworkouts because honestly, I can never truly find one I love. That said, this is probably the best preworkout I've used since the original Jack3d and Craze that got banned. This is obviously not anywhere near as strong as those, but I can actually say that it helps my workouts which I can't say for most out now. I've taken many preworkouts that just do nothing for me. Everyone is different obviously, but Nitraflex is a popular one for example and it does nothing for me.The price of this is relatively cheap. I don't mind spending money on supplements that improve my workouts. Steel Supplements AMPED AF was my favorite before I tried this and it's $60. So if I can spend half that, it's a big plus. Also taste wise, not bad at all. Just want to say though, that I don't buy preworkouts for the taste so I might not be the right person to ask about this. But, if I can get it down quick without gagging it's fine with me lol. I got the orange by the way.Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new preworkout

10 years daily preworkout user's new favorite preworkout
I generally try a new preworkout every time one runs out. I train for Ironman distance races, doing 6-7 days a week with two strength sessions focusing mainly on heavy hex bar deadlifts and heavy squats. I have one dose (using the provided scooper) first thing on an empty stomach and train on average a little over two hours each session, although long rides are closer to 4 hours. That said, this is my new favorite preworkout because it actually made a noticeable difference just in terms of sustained punch. It never really has a steep fall off, and I do not feel the need to supplement with more caffeine deeper into long sessions. Its also a fair proportion of powder per dose, so it lasts a while per container. The taste I personally dont mind, but I dont think most would enjoy it. It reminds me of that old Animal Rage preworkout orange flavor, if your palate is good you'll taste two different things: oranges and peppery chemicals. That said, I got used to it fast and I never sip these anyway, I tend to just chug it in about 10oz of liquid and go. Good stuff and Ive reordered it, Ill be sticking with this one for a while.

Will not purchase again.
I wanted to challenge my usual Pre-Kaged (by Kaged Muscle) and see if Total War could compete with it. After trying Total War for 2 weeks, I don't see what all the fuss is about. I felt very little. Yes I am a coffee drinker, but not energy drinks. The citrulline malate yielded a far inferior pump to the pure citrulline of Pre-Kaged. The energy was far less impressive than that from the PurCaf in P.K. There's no creatine to give the strength boost I'm used to. Endurance during a 90-minute high intensity workout was just ok. I will be going back to Kaged Muscle. My opinion is that it's just superior.

Love it! Great value, taste, and efficacy!
This was the first time I tried Redcon 1 Total War after trying many, many different pre-workouts. I liked this one because of the higher concentration of beta-alanine. I would highly recommend you try this due to the energy and pumps it produces. A++

Not as good as the old formula
I loved the old Total War formula and thought I’d give the new one a try. It’s okay, better than C4 but you can find a better pre for the same price. I like that it has no prop blends but I’m still confused why they put a diuretic in their formula. The best flavor is easily Tigers blood and they don’t use any artificial colors in it.

Not as good as the Original Formulation
I've used Total War Green Apple and it was very good so I tried Orange Crush; was not pleased. It's flavor is ok but does not mix eell and remains grainy. This is their "New" formula and I'm not a fan. Trying another brand...
