They loved it and are even playing with it right now it was a perfect christmas present for them especially since he's really into spaceships. I'm glad that I found it, next time I will be looking through this website to see if they have any more updated toy sets.

My nephew in Brazil loved this set. He's 6 and had a great time building the space ship.

complete frustration, pieces don’t fit well - never had this experience with lego and then we realized after multiple frustrations just doing 10% of it that we bought a lego clone which is waste of money

The set has good quality pieces and none were missing - the most important point for any lego alternative set. Model looks good and comes with the angled stand, making it great for display.Details are added with clear background stickers. Two variants of stickers were included - a version that says "NASA" and the version that says "TYCOLE". Both have a stylized US flag (not the solid red and blue symbol from the listing picture). Make sure to use the split sticker only from the TYCOLE sheet (number 1 & 2), as the matching sticker on the NASA version is not split and covers what is supposed to be a movable joint. That sticker doesn't have any text on it anyway.What shows in the listing photos as chrome and gold plated shiny parts are actually metallic yellow and metallic grey plastic - they do NOT have a plated/mirror finish, but still look pretty good.The instructions were one huge paper printed on both sides and folded up. I prefer booklets, but the folded paper works fine and had no issues following the instructions. The pieces came in several bags, but the bags had no organization besides all of a specific piece type being in the same bag. You need to open all of the bags in just the first few steps.

I love this model for how it stimulates my kids' imaginations. They're building this model and talking about space travel and if they would every want to go. The building is made much more easy with the excellent instructions and the great quality pieces. This is a fun, educational and intellectually engaging model I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was a fun build. I like that half of the Shuttle is "translucent" so you can see the inside of the Shuttle. The instructions are ok but nothing like LEGO. The quality of the blocks are comparible to LEGO. I like that it has a small stand to display the Shuttle. The only thing I didn't like are the stickers. I much prefer all the designs be printed on the blocks. Otherwise, a GREAT building kit at a reasonable price. I would recommend.
