Great gate for dogs. Easy to install, very sturdy, barely an inconvenience to open/close/walk through. Looks good. Sits flush in door frame when closed. Door can still be shut normally.

This fence/gate exceeded our expectations. Relatively easy to set up and VERY secure once it is installed. The gate closes securely and is self closing, but also stays open when you want it to. Opens and operates in either direction. The latch is secure and is easy to open - for an adult - but would be a real challenge for a toddler. We use ours as a dog gate in the upper floor of our house in the hallway.The gate is actually a bit wider than stated (if needed).Highly recommended!

Best gate for stairs! Easy to install and perfect for pets.

I bought two of these gates to enclose our covered deck for our baby and dog. Many of the gates I found were only 30” tall so I was pleased to find these taller ones. Our son is tall and our dog could easily jump a 30” gate, so these are perfect for us. I had no problem installing these myself in very little time. The lock is easy for adults to use and the gates give us peace of mind for keeping our son safe from falling down the stairs. They have simple (but effective) tabs at the bottom to control which way the gate can swing. These are great quality and a decent price. They look great along with the black railing that we already had around the deck. I’m very pleased with them.

There are a lot of similar gates sold on Amazon. I chose this one because it had the best price for a taller, wider gate. It's very attractive. I love this style. They're easy to install and very sturdy. I love the "knob-style" screw used to tighten the gate in place. Very easy to use and made installation very simple. Two complaints: the lock is noisy unless you use two hands and are very careful. This is an issue at night because it is in a hallway right outside a bedroom. My second complaint is that my cats jump right over it. We got the tall one to keep them out of the hallway at night to eliminate noise near the bedrooms, but they actually make more noise jumping over it. It's still nice if we need to sequester the dogs for some reason, but it's primary function is moot.

I have 3 of these gates because they are the best! Easy to install and very sturdy. I have one in the entry hall so I don’t have to battle with my dogs, or worry about them escaping, every time I open the door. I have one at the entrance to each bedroom to keep my younger pup out. I have those set to not lock so that my older dog can use his nose to get in and out. Sometimes he just needs to get away from my younger pup! I also keep them unlocked so my grandkids can easily go from one room to the next. I recommend them to everyone who has a dog! In fact, I just sent the link to my neighbor. They are great for kids too! My 8 year old granddaughter just figured how to unlock it about 6 months ago. Her 5 year old brother has not.

The gate was very easy to install, and functioned perfectly

The media could not be loaded. I was dogsitting for 2 weeks and had brought my cats with me. I needed a way to give my cats more freedom and keep the dog from hurting my cats. I ordered this and it helped greatly. I had more peace of mind that none of the animals would get hurt.The gate was very sturdy and easy to put together. I kept the ziptie on during installation which worked perfect. It was easy to open and lock if you needed to no matter if you only wanted one side to not open or both ends.I only had to use one extention. But knowing we even had that option was great. I do suggest anyone buying this to order some of those "wall guards" where the edges connect to the sides. It keeps the gate from sliding off and no holes in your wall by accident.

En mi caso la utilizamos para evitar que los perritos se salgan cuando abrimos la puerta principal, funciona bastante bien para esto. Tenemos una chihuahua y mi temor era que pudiera caber entre barrotes, cosa que no sucede ya que el espacio entre barrotes es de 7 cm. El gran diferenciador es el color ya que hay otras alternativas más económicas pero no en color negro, mi puerta es café oscuro por lo que el blanco no es opción, el negro se pierde un poco por lo que es más discreta.
