Q: What is the difference between this one and the plus?

The Reviber FUSION has the following features and accessories that the Reviber Plus does not: 1. State of the art band design made from premium dipped latex. 2. Upper body Pilates resistance bands. 3. Abdominal bands for an incredible core workout. 4. Abdominal seating cushion that sits on the platform for comfortable Ab workouts. 5. Reviber FUSION DVD with exercises designed specifically for the Reviber FUSION. This workout is 30 minutes long, (you can just do 10 minute sections if your prefer), and comes with a full warm up, various exercises and a warm down. You can also view the workout on a mobile phone, tablet, pc, etc etc. 6. The Reviber FUSION has three auto programmes, instead of just one with the Reviber Plus. The auto-programmes on the Reviber FUSION are interval training programmes. The Auto-programmes increase and decrease the speed at set times. They are based on interval training principles (short bursts of high intensity exercise) and are a convenient way to change speeds if you can't maintain a high speed for longer. 7. At the higher speeds you will be exposed to a high intensity burst of exercise that is much more vigorous, increasing your heart rate and physical workout. 8. The design is more compact so it makes it even more portable than the Reviber Plus already is.

Q: Can this be used on carpets, or does it have to me hard floor

Can be used on all floor types. The Mrs has used on hard floor and carpeted floors.

Yes, but this if you want to improve core and pain relief.

Bought this product to aid my mobility and improve my core after suffering a slipped disc in my back. (I’m only 34 and very active). The machines instructions were clear and it was easy to use. I’ve used it now for a week for 15-20 mins a day and it has had a positive effect on my pain relief and mobility. My wife’s using it to tone up her core too and has also found that the machine has had a mild impact on her core strength (after one week it’s had to really tell). I’d suggest you really research how to use the plate before buying it to ensure it does what you want. Also use it without footwear as this engages you core muscles more. Would recommend this product and company to anyone.

excellent product the vibration on this machine is quite intense, its a really well built machine, only problem i had is the remote wont work and i could'nt be bothered to send it back so i manually set it before every use, other than the problem above mentioned this machine is great.

Oscillating Vibration Plate Exerciser

Excellent vibration plate. Arrived with Abs accessories missing and remote control does not work, but Amazon made adjustment. A very well made and efficient exercise plate. I am more than happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.

quite sturdy yet light

this is much more compact than the one it replaced making it easier to move around the house. it is nicely designed.

Fantastic!!!!

This is the best piece of indoor exercise equipment I have ever purchased and believe me I've tried them all. It is such good fun especially if you have music on or TV the time fly without boredom setting in lol .. I have only had this a couple of days and I can feel and see a difference already. I would definitely recommend it. I have arthritis and it helps no end with no pain because of doing exercise. It arrived supper quick too. Brilliant!!

Great value for money.

I love this machine, packaged really well, arrived extremely quickly, so easy to set up, remote control so easy to use, looks good I have it in my lounge and it doesn't look out of place. I have used it every day so far bit early to say how effective it is but used one at the gym and it really did make a difference I generally lost inches so fingers crossed. The five-year guarantee is an added bonus. Great purchase.

Great machine

Been using this machine for a weeks now. Can't say I notice a huge difference in my overall tone but it is early days.The vibration can go up very high.Super sturdy machine which come fully assembled (apart from clip on straps) and ready to use.
