This duo of seasoning blends came in eye-catching and generously sized bottles, each being 160g. One is a sweet BBQ rub which goes nicely as a marinade on protein chunks as well as for chips. The bagel style rub is my favourite out of the two. I wasn't quite sure what to do with it at first but adding it to ramen is a good shout as well as sprinkling it on salads and roasted veg which adds a nice crunch. The jars have both pour and sprinkle functions for extra convenience.

Wow. I hoped these would be nice, but I had no idea how transformative they actually could be. They're mixes of fairly common ingredients, that are blended perfectly to compliment the flavours of whatever they're applied to.I'm not a huge fan of avocado, so I'm much more enchanted by the 'Egg Mistress' seasoning, but my hubby agrees that the Avocado seasoning is amazing too.The seasonings are fairly 'chunky' - closer in particle size to those little packets of dried chive that you get in with instant noodles than powder, but this works really well in use. It helps each mouthful of anything topped by these blends to not be too similar and that in turn makes the whole effect much more enjoyable.I tried the 'Egg Mistress' variety on a plate of simple poached eggs on toast and the addition of the flakes made something which can often be quite bland come alive. The result was something truly delicious, the little pieces of tomato, garlic and chilli worked supremely well.I now can't wait to try the others! (The bagel seasoning sounds amazing!)The jars are generous in size and the quality is brilliant. I have to say that I'm far more impressed with these than I ever thought I would be!

This pack of seasonings is lovely.I have had bagel seasoning before and loved it so I did really just order it for the bagel sprinkles, however, I have used more of the sweet bbq rub than I expected (as I don’t eat meat). The bagel sprinkles are great on salad and the bbq rub is amazing on chips and wedges.Both jars are a good size and have a pour/sprinkle lid. The pack is good value, priced at £14.99 (at the time of review) for two very different seasonings.Highly recommended.
