WOW Life Science Probiotics Capsules, Pack of 60 Capsules

This is how your capsules can go on forever... (make sure you refrigerate the rest of the capsules)On day 1, I took 2 capsules and emptied them in 3 liters of water with 300gm sugar and 2 whole bananas... 5 days shy from a month, the culture keeps on going and I'm getting 2 liters of probiotic drink every 4-5 days. When bottled, the bacterias keep on releasing carbon dioxide, carbonating the drink and gives nice soda-like taste when kept under tight seal (caution... burp the bottle once daily). I take 2 liters of fermented drink from the main glass container, fill 4 of my 500ml glass bottles, and then add 2 liters of water with 300gm of white sugar and sweet/sour fruit of my choice... sometimes I add fruit and other flavors to the 500ml bottles as well. This process is repeated every 4-5 days.So, as I said, the 2 capsules keep on going and going. After bananas, I tried, apples, grapes, pomegranates, and watermelon to flavor my 500ml bottles. Watermelon and Pomegranates are the best, apple was good too... grapes not so much.I know this is an odd review because the capsules are not meant for this, but frankly speaking, if I can do more with the capsules, why settle with less?Search on YouTube for Fermented Drinks, Kombucha, and Water Kefir flavoring to know how you can use this method too. 2 of those 20billion-spore capsules have generated probably more than a few trillion cells for me till now... again that's a presumption, probably on the lower side of the number.Good luck and happy fermenting and happy experimenting.Notes:1. Experiment... you'll have a lot of capsules in reserve for this. Once you get the kind of result you want, you'll just keep on growing your bacteria from that particular batch and recipe.2. When bottled, keep the seal tight if you want to create carbonated drink... and remember, this is ACTUALLY HEALTHY carbonated drink.3. Burp your bottles if you're putting a tight seal on them. Burp them once daily.4. The carbonated drink tastes better if refrigerated at least 3-4 hours prior to consumption.5. Don't filter the fruits too many times from the main container... your bacteria like to live there... actually in the fruits as well as near the bottom of the container/bottle.6. Flavoring during second fermentation is when your drink will retain its flavor from whatever you're adding to it. Don't eat the fruit/flavors substance... it'll taste odd once the bacteria have consumed them.7. You'll have to get used to the smell...it's not horrible, but we're not trained to accept the smell as safe. But believe me... it's ACTUALLY safe... I'm drinking this for the past 25 days.

really good source for probiotics. works immediately and you would definitely feel bloat free stomach slowly.suggestion: do not use on regular basis, if too much of probiotic bacteria lives in your intestine, you often get fever/body temperature variations. And may make your liver sluggish to generate bile by reducing need of it's critical efforts. so, take on random basis - where your body cannot guess and look for it.cons: unflavoured, package does not mention whether diabetic patients can take or not (may be they don't wanna publish).

I have been using this product for over 3 months now. I must say I'm truly amazed at the value proposition here. It works wonders for me. Takes at least a month and a half to notice results. I would recommend anyone to use it long-term along with the omega-3 supplement from WOW as well. Together, it is a powerful aid to supplement overall health and well-being. The pills come packed in a compact bottle and it is easy to store and carry. I hope WOW doesn't compromise on the quality in future as well. Give it a try and you won't regret. Use it for at least 2 months to see for yourself (and along with the omega-3 supplement)

Not happy. Externally everything looked in place on receipt of the Probiotic capsule bottle - but when I opened the lid of the bottle there was no seal at all. Previous versions of the same product all came with an aluminium foil vacuum seal under the lid/cap of the bottle- indicating that this time around the product may have been unauthentic/tampered with? Or has the manufacturer dropped their own standards and started cutting costs by selling the probiotic without a vacuum seal etc regardless of how that affects the potency and shelf life of a product that has live organisms that can easily die off- thus rendering the product useless? The other factor I deem responsible here for a possible drop in their standards is the possible change in the manufacturing facility/plant and the target market for the manufacturer. Earlier versions of the probiotic product box stated a different manufacturing facility/plant name and address if I remember accurately and the box also stated that 'FIT and GLOW' was the authorized seller/distributor/marketer of the product in the USA, along with the company office address in the USA. The newer version though states that this product is only for sale in India, Nepal and Bangladesh (and maybe Bhutan etc- need to check the box again)- but it 'certainly' does not mention the USA office address and anything about who sells/distributes it in the USA. Also, I think the manufacturing facility and address stated have changed on these new boxes of the fresh batches of the product which leads me to believe there might be a drop in the quality of the product. I imagine that I will only be able to confirm the efficacy of the presumed new blend/version of this product after performing a curd test using the latest batch of capsules which I omitted doing the last time around. Anyone else who has attempted a curd test with the current batch of capsules might be able to clarify the potency and accuracy claims of the probiotic in the meantime.

It is written 1 tablet two times a day. Nothing worked so I took two tablets in once. Nothing..... So I took 2 tablets 2 times .... nothing...... took 3 tables ...... zero result. I used to take several company's probiotic but always worked. This company is selling really shocking products. I bought WOW Omega 3 Fish oil. Head started to dizzy and squeezed for several hours ( I used to take Omega 3 tablets of other company but never happened like this ) and also bought WOW Magnesium. Zero result..... WOW shampoo also tried ... What the hell is that? I will never order anything from WOW anymore.
