Very comfortable! Great supplier!The best on the market. On one occasion, after running out of Breathe Right brand strips, I reluctanly tried another store brand of strips. With the store brand, I felt like I was ripping the skin off my nose when I removed the strip the next morning. Not only that but it felt like I had a large bandage on my nose all night.With the Breathe Right strips, I do feel a little bit of a let down the next morning when I remove it. As breathing through your nose returns to normal. Must be because they work so good.Highly recommended purchase through Amazon.

After trying some of the other Breathe Right strips and finding them to be ineffective - too small, too sticky, etc. - these acutally work the best. They now allow me to sleep on my side which I have not been able to do for many years.

this is a great product that I use nightly. It doesn't stop snoring, nor should it, but it does increase air intake. I have a large nose, but it is purely decorative as it is fitted with small passages. I always know when my head hits the pillow without one of these on, then I get up and put one on and revel in the difference. I have also used them when racing motorcycles to increase my airflow.

I am a cpap user. As such, keeping my nasal passages as open as possible is critical. I have been using the breathe right strips for several years. However, the other strip's adhesive tended to be a little aggressive and would cause irritation on my nose. The clear version seems to have a slightly different adhesive, and doesn't irritate. Usually I reserve 5 stars for exceptional products. I consider this exceptional.

Last winter these got me through nights when I otherwise could not breathe through my nose. At first I was skeptical that such a small thing could make such a huge difference, but this little strip really can. It can take awhile to learn exactly how to position the strip so that it works for you: I wasted several of them before I got it down, but then it became part of the bedtime ritual. The "glue" is strong, but even with my slight reactivity to adhesives and generally sensitive skin, I found that after I took one off in the morning, within 10 minutes, there was no sign of where it had been.

These little guys do a great job. You wash your face with soap and water before bed make sure your face is dry and then stick one on there, not to high up on the nose and not to low. The box has intructions...when you wake up youll be amazed at how well you sleep.

This product helps you to breathe during the night. I would prefer, however, if it were less expensive.
